Our Agile coaching approach involves a mix of agility assessment, training, mentoring, coaching, transition and rollout of Agile for the teams.

- One Agile coach (hereon referred to as “Coach” in this document) will deliver the services at the agreed-upon premises throughout the duration of the assignment.
- The typical cycle time to coach a team of up to 10 members is 4-8 weeks.
- During this coaching cycle, the “contact” duration between the Coach and the team can vary from 10 to 14 days.
