Cancellation by Participant: We understand that plans can change, and participants may need to cancel their registration. If you wish to cancel, please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the training.

• Cancellation with 24 Hours Notice: Participants who cancel their registration with at least 24 hours notice before the training commences are eligible for a 100% refund of their fees, minus any payment gateway charges incurred during the transaction.
• Cancellation After Training Commencement: Participants who cancel their registration after the training has commenced will receive a refund of 75% of their fees, minus any payment gateway charges incurred during the transaction.
