Gladwell Academy presents SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC) is 4-day course which enables you to become the Change Agent leading the SAFe® transformation in your organization. Be a leading agent for change and enable your organization to excel in a disruptive marketplace by certifying as a SAFe® 4 Program Consultant (SPC). The participants will learn and understand how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation with the practices and principles of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®). The participants will learn to effectively coach programs, launch Agile Release Trains, build a continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps culture and empower a Lean Portfolio.

The SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC) certification examination validates their knowledge in applying the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®), lean thinking, and product development flow principles in a scaled context so they can lead the adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework in their enterprise.

This workshop will prepare you to take the SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC 4) exam. It will provide the knowledge and tools to be effective at the Team, Program and/or Portfolio levels of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®). Instructors will share real-life experiences which will help in better understanding.
Get the required knowledge and tools to be effective at the team, program and portfolio level of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®).
You may be eligible to apply for 30 PDUs toward their continuing education requirements with the Project Management Institute (PMI) for PMP, PgMP, and PMI-ACP certifications.
